Shen Zhen Taifeng Electronic Co., Ltd was set up in 1989. It is a joint venture made up with two companies located in Shen zhen and HK　respectively with the total registered capital RMB 150 Million. Taifeng Communication Electronic Co., Ltd.，a subsidiary company of Taifeng Electronic Co., Ltd., with the total registered capital RMB 350 Million, is a listed company, and it is enjoying the right of direct imports and exports declaration. Taifeng OEM manufacturer was established in 1990 specialized in SMT & Bonding processing. It is mainly making further processing of different kinds of finished or semi-finished communication/ Electronic devices.

High quality processed products, low processing cost together with ten-year's material procurement experience home and abroad, standardized material inspection experience as well as fully-equipped inspection equipment and excellent manufacturing control enable Taifeng to supply maximum benefit to the customers. The following is the brief presentation of Shen Zhen Taifeng Electronic Co., Ltd.: 　　1. Shen Zhen Taifeng Electronic Co., Ltd is located in North Zone of Shen Zhen High & Innovation Tech Park, and it takes only 30 minutes' driving to Shen Zhen Bao'an Airport (only 15 minutes' driving on the express way) and 20 minutes' driving to She Kou Port. The total floor space is about 40K M2 with the manufacturing space of 70K M2. There are 2500 employees and the annual output of communication & electronic devices come up to 10 Million sets. In 1994 Taifeng became the first enterprise in China to obtain both TUV quality certificate issued by TUV Management Service GmbH and ISO9001 quality certificate issued by Guang Dong Audit and Certification Center of Quality System. In 1996 Taifeng got Production Quality Assurance Approval from BABT. 　　2. The following production / test equipment have been purchased and installed in Tainfeng in recent years successively ( year 1989, year 1993, year 1996 and year 2001): 　　A. Total 15 SMT production lines with each SMT line being equipped the following sets: 　　(1) Panasonic SPP-G1 Automatic Solder Paste Printing Machine with visual recognition or Fuji GSP-11 Automatic Solder Paste Printing Machine with visual recognition. 　　(2) Panasonic HDP-G1 Automatic Glue Dispenser with visual recognition. 　　(3) Panasonic MVIIF High-speed Chip Mounting Machine with 0.025mm precision's visual recognition and 0.1 second's tact time; or Fuji FCP-6 High-speed Chip Mounting Machine with 0.025mm's visual recognition and 0.09 second's tact time. 　　(4) YAMAHA YVL88-II or JUJI IP-III Multi-function Mounting Machine. 　　(5) Vitrinic SMA820A Reflow Soldering Machine with 8 heating zones and 16 temperature setting points, or Electrovert Omniflo 10 Reflow Soldering Machine with 10 heating zones and 20 temperature setting points. 　　(6) In addition to the above, in Taifeng's SMT workshop we also have such accessorial equipment as 1 set MULTICORE SOLDAPRO Reflow Soldering Temperature Profile Tester, 1 set Malcom SPS-1 Solder Paste Softer, 1 set Malcom PCU-201 Tin Paste Viscosity Controller, 1 set SPIDE Tin Paste Thickness Tester, 1 set KIC-II Reflow Soldering Temperature Profile Tester, 1 set VJ-1000 X-ray Inspector and set BAG Reworking Operation Stand. With the fittings above, Taifeng's SMT Dept. can mount: Ordinary chip: 1005 (1.0 x 0.5mm) QFP IC: with 0.3mm pin pitch BGA IC: with 0.5mm pin pitch. The total SMT production capacity can reach 200,000,000-dots/ month. 　　B. 12 units ASM advanced Bonding machines (including Model AB510, Model 520 & Model AB559A), 2 units automatic adjustable constant temperature ovens, 3 units automatic liquid dispensers. With the above equipment, Taifeng's Bonding Dept.can bond 1,500,000-lines/ day. 　　C. 24 automatic production lines ( RIDONG, SAKA) being equipped the following sets: 1 unit High Waver Soldering Machine, 1 unit Low Waver Soldering Machine, 1 unit Automatic Feet Cutter; P-III Computer, AGILENT HP6212C Program-controlled Regulated Power Supply, SYSGRATION 1076A Phone Analyzer, ADVENT CID Computer or ROCHELL CID Computer, SUNLIGHT 170 Acoustic Tester or MICROTRONIX M500 Acoustic Tester, HP8920A RF Multi-function tester, HP8591 Spectrum Analyzer, E4421B 3G RF Signal Generator, HP8594E 1.8G Spectrum Analyzer, R4311C 3G Spectrum Analyzer, HP53131 3G Frequency Meter, CMD60 1.8G Multi-function tester, HITACHI V-212 RF oscillograph, HP34401 Digital Meter, HP53131A Frequency Meter, High-voltage Testers, 4*4 Double-sided Shielded Enclosures. 　　D. There are total 46 injection machines in Taifeng (PYI-80~160, E-100~180, JD-80~200, CJ-80NC~325M2, 80MSV~130MSV) with the weight from 80T to 325T. 　　E. 6 silk-screening production lines that can screen-printed all kinds of patterns & plastics. 　　F. In Taifeng 's QA Dept.: we have electromagnetic inspection equipment besides all the equipment fixed in the production line. 　　G. In Taifeng's IQC Dept.: we have network analyzer, transistor diagram tester, microphone, speaker tester, bridge etc. 　　H.
